Prithvi Shaw to endorse fantasy gaming app SportzXchange

Fantasy gaming platform SportzXchange has announced the appointment of Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw as its brand ambassador.

Prithvi Shaw, who will represent the Delhi Capitals in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 season, will feature in the marketing campaigns of the fantasy cricket app to build awareness and amplify the reach of the brand.

"I am very happy to be associated with the fantasy sports element of cricket through SportzXchange,” said the 21-year-old cricketer.

“The platform has many extra features that make the game even more interesting, and I think players on SportzXchange will enjoy the differentiated experience.”

The new campaign, themed ‘Yahaan Hai Kuch Xtra’, will showcase the unique offerings of SportzXchange, including the 3X fantasy feature.

Unlike other fantasy cricket platforms, SportzXchange allows its users to choose their favourite players thrice while making their virtual team within an allocated budget of game credits.

By signing the new ambassador, SportzXchange has accelerated its effort to become a top Indian gaming portal.

“At SportzXchange, our approach has always been the same - energetic with a youthful spirit. We believe Prithvi personifies SportzXchange, in its essence,” said Hari Narayan, founder and chief executive officer of the fantasy sports company.

“His tenacity to go after goals, unwavering effort and promising potential, all of it resonate with SportzXchange and its long-term vision of becoming a leader in the eSports category in India.”

Prithvi Shaw is the latest to join the bandwagon of cricketers who are brand ambassadors of fantasy gaming portals.

Former Indian cricket captain, MS Dhoni endorses Dream11 along with Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma while the current skipper, Virat Kohli, has a similar deal with Mobile Premier League (MPL).
